[ truthfully, korra's not expecting to speak with anyone directly, and maybe it's just as well if she simply leaves a message for the new lord of redgate to get to when he will. she's... meant to call and let him know of this sooner, but things tend to not stop for a moment in the drabwurld, and the loss of mako's bending has shaken her to the core and all her plans were set back days because she had to make sure she got mako, rizhao, their things, and bolin out of the castle and somewhere safe.

still, she sounds accepting of her fate. still terrified, of course (her voice wavers at the start), and she's not resigning herself to anything. but she knows this might kill her, but it's been a long time coming for everyone involved. ]
