As for the secrecy... it is complicated. Back in my world, I participate in a magi war called the Holy Grail War. As one of the heroic spirits summoned to fight in it, for my enemies to know my true identity gives them advantage over me as out legends tell of both our strengths and weaknesses.
Even though the Holy Grail War is not happening here, there are many shardbearers that would know of my legend. [Yes, hers is that prolific.] It is better that they do not know I walk amongst them.
A native to this world, unaffiliated with either side. I wouldn't want to adversely affect the situation between Troichean Beinn and the courts, after all. And I promise, he deserves it.
[but that's all he'll give right now. enough to ease any possible concerns, but not enough to potentially ruin anything should her doubts about him win out. besides, she may hear with the rest of the world soon enough.]
[The way Saralegui said that brought Red to mind, but she decided not to push for more details. Yet.]
It is the name of my class. I am a Saber Class Servant. It is common for heroic spirits to adopt the name of their class in place of their true identity during the War.
I was hoping I might be able to have a chat with you about a couple of things, at the behest of Higgin, the majordomo of Caer Scima. I'm looking to take note of your current whereabouts and any special abilities you may have or may have been granted by Morla.
I appreciate that this is actually very forward, but you'd be doing me an incredible favour by getting in touch.
Sorry, I got off track a bit there. I've never been to Redgate, all the action there lately put me off a bit. Did you come here with any magic or other kinds of special abilities?
Redgate has been fairly peaceful for years, and generally stayed out of the war. It's only with this new surge of shardbearers that it's been dragged back into the fray.
And if I have any say in the matter, things will return to normal here soon.
It is imperative that you order your men at Redgate to not interfere with myself and those with me. We will be there in less than an hour and gone no more than fifteen minutes later.
